Payments

Payment is due by the 1st of each month and can be made via e-transfer to: nicolerosspiano@gmail.com. Invoices not paid by the first of the month are subject to a late payment fee, and lessons will not be conducted until the invoice is paid in full including any missed lessons. 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a lesson entirely 48hrs notice is required. 

Cancellation of a lesson with less than 48hrs notice but more than 24hrs notice will require a make-up lesson to be scheduled outside of the student's regular lesson time.

Canellation of a lesson with less than 24hrs notice will result in a service charge being applied for the missed lesson. 

To discontinue lessons entirely two weeks of regularly scheduled lessons notice is required.
